This game was originally made for GDM (Game Develop Month)!

Enter Mirror City, a large city-state ruled by an oppressive, authoritarian "mayor". But he is no mayor, he is a dictator, a tyrant. Nobody can speak out, in fear of being imprisoned, or worse. To combat this, a small group of fiercely motivated citizens have banded together and formed the Insurgency of Secret Instigators, or ISSI.  It's up to you to lead the ISSI to their ultimate goal: overthrowing the tyrannical mayor of Mirror City, and restoring freedom to its citizens! But beware, the Mirror City has its own agency to fight back: Mirror City Intelligence, or MCI. They will do whatever they can to compromise your agency, so stay discreet, and the people of Mirror City can be freed!

Hmm looks interesting but I don't know how to play? I tried drag the card to the upper two action slot but nothing happens, some tutorial/explanation in description might be helpful..?

Fun game, i enjoyed playing! I really disliked the "mission successful" sound effect though. It reminded me too much of the sound my PC made when it died and gave me a mini heart attack xD

Nice game!  It is quite simple, but has enough variety to still be interesting.  There are a few bugs I ran into, mostly with the rare cards, but generally things worked fine.  I would note that the random nature of the MCI trigger and the suspicion condition means that sometimes there is no genuine risk of complications on a mission-- for example if the MCI trigger is playing more than a certain number of cards and the suspicion trigger is per card or per progress raise, you have no reason not to just end your turn an arbitrarily large number of times until you have the perfect hand (and if either agent has a gather intel card it is an automatic win condition).  Also, there are very few cards you can buy that have less than three but more than 0 resources, which makes the first-time-per-turn progress-based suspicion pretty rough if you don't get offered the right cards quickly enough.

Thank you for playing, and for the feedback, all very valid points! I'm planning on adding more cards as time goes on, so hopefully the issue of the progress-based suspicion mission passive being too rough will be smoothed out over time.
